Power Automotive Performance, Execution, and Layout Study, various automotive owners had their emotional attachment and level of excitement with their new vehicle assessed. The study looked at over 35 different attributes to determine rankings and assessments. The 1,000-point scale measured each owner\u2019s sense of luxury and comfort in the vehicle, how they feel getting into the driver\u2019s seat, how much power they feel stepping on the gas pedal, and more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The premium brand average in this year\u2019s J.D. Power APEAL Study was 861 points out of 1,000 and Porsche earned 881 points overall. Responses for this year\u2019s study were gathered between February and May of this year and the study collected responses from over 87,000 automotive buyers and lessees of new 2020 vehicles.
