How did Porsche win the manufacturer’s championship?

It was the second consecutive victory for the team’s eye-catching and well-liked Porsche 911 GT3 R dressed as a lumberjack. Felipe Nasr sponsored Campbell and Jaminet, a successful professional duo for Porsche, known as “CamJam” in the North American sports car circuit. The Brazilian put in a lot of effort in the opening two and a half hours before handing over the wheel of 911 to his Australian colleague in sixth place. Campbell, however, had the bad luck of having to slowly and cautiously drive the Porsche 911 GT3 R over potholes. Pfaff could cut the distance on the leads thanks to intelligent planning and a few well-placed yellow stages. A thrilling race for the class victory started after the final full yellow lap, with around 35 minutes left. The #9 Pfaff Motorsports vehicle finished fourth, but after an opponent was penalized, it was forced to settle for third.
