A Modernized Porsche Taycan with Unparalleled Performance 

Porsche significantly updated the Taycan in early 2024, refining its design, powertrain, and charging capabilities. The lineup now includes 16 versions, catering to a wide range of driving preferences. Three new models—the Taycan 4 sports sedan, Taycan GTS, and Taycan GTS Sport Turismo—expand the selection, offering even more variety. These new additions will be available at dealerships in early 2025. 

New Taycan models feature advanced electric performance motors with power ranging from 300 to 760 kW. Enhanced battery technology improves range, while faster charging capabilities provide greater convenience. Porsche introduced striking new exterior colors, including Slate Grey Neo, Pale Blue Metallic, and Purple Sky Metallic, adding fresh style options. 

Elevating Electric Performance: More Power, Efficiency, and Speed 

Porsche optimized the Taycan model’s powertrain, delivering more power and improved efficiency. A new rear-axle motor provides up to 80 kW more power, paired with an advanced pulse inverter and software enhancements. These improvements result in increased acceleration, longer range, and better charging stability. 

Distinctive exterior details set the Taycan GTS apart. Black and Anthracite Grey accents define the Sport Design front and rear aprons, while the mirror bases feature high-gloss Black finishes. The Taycan Turbo S Aero Design wheels in 20-inch format and optional RS Spyder Design wheels in 21-inch format complete the aggressive styling. 

Inside, premium Race-Tex and black leather materials enhance the cabin’s sporty aesthetic. Adaptive Sports Seats Plus with 18-way electric adjustment provide superior comfort and support. The standard Sport Chrono package includes a push-to-pass function and track mode for enhanced performance. The GT multifunction sports steering wheel, available in black Race-Tex, adds further customization. A BOSE® Surround Sound System comes standard, ensuring an immersive audio experience. 

The Taycan 4: Performance Meets Efficiency 

For drivers seeking a balance between efficiency and all-wheel-drive stability, the new Taycan 4 sports sedan offers the ideal solution. 

Depending on battery selection, the Taycan 4 delivers up to 320 kW of overboost power with Launch Control. With the Performance Plus battery, it achieves a maximum range of 643 km in the WLTP cycle, making it the longest-range all-wheel-drive Taycan. 

Charging speeds now reach up to 320 kW at 800-volt DC stations, allowing for rapid energy replenishment. The new models also offer an increased recuperation capacity of up to 400 kW when decelerating from high speeds. These updates ensure drivers experience both thrilling performance and superior energy efficiency. 

All Taycan models come with an upgraded standard equipment list, including the latest Porsche Driver Experience interface. Advanced thermal management and next-generation heat pump systems enhance driving comfort while maximizing range. 

The Taycan GTS: A Sporty All-Rounder 

Since 1963, Porsche brand’s GTS models have represented the perfect balance of performance and versatility. The new Taycan GTS continues this tradition with impressive power and striking design elements. 

With up to 515 kW of overboost power using Launch Control, the Taycan GTS surpasses its predecessor by 75 kW. A new push-to-pass function in the Sport Chrono package provides a temporary 70 kW power boost for ten seconds. This feature delivers exhilarating bursts of acceleration, dynamically displayed in the instrument cluster. 

The Taycan GTS and Taycan GTS Sport Turismo accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds, 0.4 seconds faster than before. The range has also improved, now reaching up to 628 km in the WLTP cycle
