Where did Porsche Rank in J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout Study?
The J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Automotive Performance, Execution, and Layout Study measure customers’ emotional attachment to their new vehicle across 37 attributes, which they combine into an overall APEAL index score measured on a 1,000-point scale. This year, Porsche secured 888 points on the 1,000-point scale compared to the premium brand average of 872. Porsche has already improved six points on its already leading total year-over-year. This study is now in its 27th year and is based on the customer responses collected from February to May of this year from more than 84,000 purchasers and lessees of 2022 Porsche models who were surveyed post 90 days of ownership.
